By accepting a purchase order or entering into a supply or subcontract agreement, the supplier acknowledges that LeTu Global has selected them on the understanding that they will act in accordance with these values — maintaining professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct throughout the project.
Any acts of dishonesty, corruption, or bribery — whether in relation to LeTu Global, its clients, or any third parties — will constitute a serious breach of agreement. In such cases, LeTu Global reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract, without prejudice to any legal or contractual remedies available.
